Losing Fat and Less Headaches

I have been training with Hugh for over 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Hugh has helped me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, with both exercise and his knowledge for nutrition.

Far healthier than before...

Dear Hugh and Keri,
 
Many thanks to both of you for your help in my ongoing health journey.
 
To anyone reading this, Keri is my personal development coach and Hugh is my personal trainer.
 
Keri helped me give up smoking, reduce my drinking substantially (to pretty much ‘normal levels’) and be a lot more productive towards my personal goals.  Pretty impressive eh?
 
I told Keri I wanted to lose a bit of weight in my belly and improve my health and Keri suggested seeing Hugh.  So I saw Hugh for one session to check him out and see what he could do.
 
At first the going was tough; I had pains in parts of my body that just had never been there before.  My exercises were not working, I was losing body fat to be sure, gaining muscle and was a damn sight more healthy than I had been, but something was wrong, I was getting injured at the drop of a hat, in my back, knees and shoulders and my left hip – something was not right.
 
Hugh was on the case like a modern day Sherlock Holmes and looked at what was wrong at many different angles.   He scaled back my exercises and checked out my core strength, got me onto a good eating plan and helped me with my digestion and a few supplements to aid in the restoration of my health.   He also looked at my history as I have had a number of operations on my leg (7) and he checked out my bone structure, he even took pictures of my posture standing up to ascertain what was going on.   I must admit, I was a little skeptical if he could help.
 
Now after seeing Hugh for only a couple of months I have seen quite magical changes in what I consider a very short period of time.  When I first saw Hugh I was hypoglycaemic (low blood sugar levels) and fell asleep quite easily if I ate the wrong foods.  I can now eat things like bread and other carbs without falling asleep (You have no idea how I have been fighting this urge to fall asleep after eating my whole life, it is like I have been reborn!)
 
I am awake at work now instead of being in a stupor and far more productive.  My digestion seems to have taken off and my core strength has improved out of sight, I could not even do one sit-up properly before.  Now I can and the pains in my back and other phantom areas of my body have magically disappeared when I exercise!
 
And yes, I have been losing weight, and I feel far healthier than I have in a long time.   I have only been with Hugh a couple of months, but I have not been sick like I usually am every winter.  Normally I would be off from work 2-3 times with the flu, but I have not been sick at all this winter since I have been seeing Hugh  I also used to get sniffles and/or a runny nose every morning and these have nearly entirely disappeared from my life.  
 
Whatever Hugh is doing with me is working and I am very pleased and grateful.
