**** THIS IS A BIG TIP… We told Mickey to go to his local food market and get to know the farmers. We have a local organic market every week. At this market we have farmers that don't use any pesticides or chemicals. Good as Organic, they just haven't gone through the process of being able to declare it organic legally.
We have also found local butchers that are in the same boat. After searching, we have found one that is not certified organic but only sources meat that is free-roaming (THEY EAT GRASS) and they are not given any added hormones for growth.
We tell you this, because many people think they can't be healthy because they can't afford it. This is one simple way to get healthy food without spending a fortune on organic foods.
