Is this the next best "Superfood"?

Superfoods -- To me… These are just food that are packed with a really high nutrient content.

When I started looking into Chia Seeds, I was shocked by the incredible amount of benefits and nutritional value they have.

Our mascot, Mickey the Monkey, tried the Chia seeds. The first time we gave them to him, we had put them into a green smoothie and he didn't even know they were in there. Chia seeds have no taste. When soaked in water (this is how you prepare them) they become stuck together in a gel-like substance.

We also gave them to Mickey to taste on their own. Again… there was no taste, but you may only want to sip this "gel" as it's retie thick. It also has an insanely high amount of vitamins and minerals… More than you would get out of milk, bananas, and broccoli. It even has more omega 3 oil than salmon (or oily fish).
